Know Matt Grander
Over the past 20 years , Matt Grander has researched, studied and become proficient in property management as well as the real estate business. Matt Grander, also the V.P. and General Manager of NJG Inc., accompanied by his wife Nancy, have bought and sold many properties. NJG Inc. currently holds a large number of single-family properties and maintains a productive and equitable relationship with their tenants. Matt’s background includes working as an apprentice to a custom homebuilder, and he has taken on most every improvement that is possible on residential property. He has studied many facets of real estate including Short Sales and Foreclosures and Government HUD owned properties.
Matt received his BA in business with a minor in philosophy and religion from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. In addition to spending a great deal of his career building a business Matt has a strong background in sales and marketing, product management, project management and executive management. Matt has taken a great deal of formal coursework in Negotiations and has continued to study this important skill, to benefit his clients. Real Estate runs deep in his family, and he has learned many principals from family members from a young age that has driven Grander and Associates to this day. Nancy and Matt’s vision of real estate always included treating tenants, contractors and all people involved in the real estate business with courtesy and respect.
